I have weights at home, but I'd like to do pull-ups as well, but I don't have a bar, and I don't trust my shitty doorframes to handle one. However, there's a small park with a track and a small playground with monkey bars just down the street. I wouldn't do it if I see kids playing there, only if it's fairly empty, but I'm still unsure if it's a good idea. Would people think it's weird if I used the bars there to do pull-ups. It's just close convenient and free, but I also don't want to make anyone feel uncomfortable.

For the athlete who’d rather brave the elements than sling weights, a full-body park workout offers a change of scenery while introducing beneficial variety into your training program. You can take it outside for a little extra vitamin D. Just find yourself a park bench (or a stable structure of similar height). And, as with any outdoor workout, be mindful of slippery ground conditions. Designed by Rees, the following workout hits every major muscle group with zero equipment. You will need a park bench or similar structure. Bodyweight workouts build strength, core stability, and power by working within your natural range of motion. That translates to improved performance and fewer injuries.
