You can switch to ring dips and harder dip variations. You could also train different harder pull-up variations. Pistol squats and different single leg training exercises are options for leg training. You can use a pair of dumbbells for these exercises. Training at a local calisthenics park is a convenient and time-efficient way to work out.

To train in a park, you need to obtain a permit, which enables the management of activities in respect of safety, usage levels, and potential conflict. Organisers of commercial services such as fitness training activities, for example, personal trainers with over 5 participants, boot camps, group exercise or fitness classes, must apply for a permit. Before you apply, you should make an initial enquiry so that we can confirm you are making the right type of application and offer advice on the viability of your proposal. You will need to provide full details of your proposed activity, including a description of the activity, dates and times it will run, and the maximum number of participants you would allow at each session. You will also be asked to upload documents such as a site map, emergency procedures, a completed risk assessment, and proof of public liability insurance. You should only submit your full application once the events team have confirmed you may do so, except for renewals where there are no changes. You must submit your application 10 weeks before the proposed start date for new applicants or changes to existing permit, or 28 days before the proposed start date to renew an existing permit with no changes.
