My dog will be 13 years old in December and he has never had a teeth cleaning. The vet said they think he’d do perfectly fine under the anesthesia but we need to do it soon while he’s still pretty healthy. His teeth are starting to rot and I know he needs this to extend his life but I’m also scared he might not wake up. Has anyone else had their dog’s teeth cleaned/pulled at this age.
