Especially when you answer behavioral interview questions, smile. Smiling at that time demonstrates self-confidence, pride and personal satisfaction for what you (and others) accomplished. Look them in the eyes as you speak and delight at telling the story. Be like a parent at a child's graduation showing happiness at what they accomplished. It will demonstrate joy, just like a parent does, just like a sports coach or manager does. I find that maintaining a smile and eye contact during an interview while asking questions about the organization's successes shows my engagement. Smile and slightly nod agreement.
