Is it better to spend your free time doing outdoor activities or indoor activities?

Some people prefer to spend it indoors and others prefer to spend it outdoors. Both indoors and outdoors have some advantages and disadvantages. Spending free time indoors has advantages and disadvantages. On the one hand, it gives some physical rest and enough time to sleeping, to visit my relatives and friends and to review my last week's subjects. On the other hand, there are some disadvantages in staying indoors staying in close places does not help my brain to be refreshed. Besides, does not help me to know or learn from the environmental life experiences.
Spending free time outdoors has advantages and disadvantages. Outdoors I can do some gymnastic, I can know or learn from the life experiences like, knowing new people and places. In addition, I learn how to deal with unarranged different situations. Furthermore, learning to read faces and to put plans develops more alternatives. Also, going outdoors helps me in developing my love of risk and discovering unknown matters.
I prefer to spend my leisure time indoors, because I find fun in reading books. Above all, staying at home in my free time helps me to read, summarize, and absorb more information.

The way that kids play in nature has a lot less structure than most types of indoor play. It promotes creativity and imagination. This unstructured style of play also allows kids to interact meaningfully with their surroundings. They can think more freely, design their own activities, and approach the world in inventive ways. It provides different stimulation. Nature may seem less stimulating than a video game, but in reality, it activates more senses — you can see, hear, smell, and touch outdoor environments. It gets kids moving. Most ways of interacting with nature involve more exercise than sitting on the couch. So while screen time is the easier, more popular choice, it’s important to set aside time for outdoor play.

We are able to divide two type of activities such as indoor activities and outdoor activities. Some people like outdoor activities such as a baseball, football. Others like indoor activities such as volleyball, table tennis. However, I prefer playing outdoor activities. Outdoor activities help people to be more healthier. For example, when people play baseball in the huge ball park, a huge ball park makes people move a lot and that helps people strengthen their body. And that helps people to be good for their mental health. There's saying " A sound in mind a sound in body.". As people enjoy playing sports outside, they are able to reduce their stress. Although indoor activities also help people to be healthier and relieve their stress, the effect of outdoor activities is better than indoor activities.
