This line needs to be under a lot of tension to work well so it isn't swinging around like crazy or sagging under weight. In other words, the ends would need to be pretty well secured so they don't bend or fall over. If you can use a house or garage for one end, that would be good. If you end up using a post, make sure it is very solid (like a 4x4 post at a minimum, anchored in the ground) and well-braced. We generally suggest at least 6"x 6" posts set in 4' of concrete. Maybe a trip the hardware store would be good before you buy this.

Our Ninjalines are able to be hung between any two sturdy anchor points. While the Slackers Ninjaline was originally designed to be hung from 2 healthy trees, we have since had the lines tested and approved to be used between two wooden posts cemented into the ground. We recommend: Two 6x6 posts at 14-16' height made from a strong wood. We strongly suggest using fir and advise against using pine. Find an area in your yard suitable for the course yet safe for the children to be playing in. Dig the holes at least 1/3 of the height of the posts inches into the ground. Follow Ninjaline Instructions to properly test load strength just as you would with trees.

To set up a Ninja Warrior course without trees, you can use urban infrastructure such as buildings, walls, and rooftops to create obstacles. This approach allows for a more flexible and dynamic course design, taking advantage of the existing environment to challenge participants. You can also incorporate man-made structures like scaffolding, containers, or ramps to add variety to the course. Additionally, using obstacles like balance beams, quintuple steps, and rope climbs can help create a comprehensive Ninja Warrior course. Incorporating these elements can result in a unique and exciting Ninja Warrior course even without the use of trees. A well-designed course should include a mix of upper body, lower body, and cardiovascular challenges to test participants' overall fitness and agility. The course can be set up in a variety of locations, such as parks, parking lots, or even indoor facilities, as long as there is enough space to accommodate the obstacles. Man-made obstacles can be designed to mimic the challenges posed by natural obstacles like trees, providing a similar experience for participants. By getting creative with urban infrastructure and man-made structures, it's possible to set up a Ninja Warrior course that's both fun and challenging without relying on trees.

There are many ways to install Ninja Line without trees. Find something similar to a tree, such as a pillar, pylon, telephone pole, railing, large street sign, etc. Only use something strong and firm. Shake it with both hands to make sure it's strong enough. Then install the straps and hang the ninja line accessories. Be sure you have at least 7 feet clearance. Also, be sure the post is secure in the ground. Ideal solution for your garden if there aren't any trees is a Permanent deadman anchor. The system is the same as the Temporary DMA, however use stronger anchors and instead of the line, attach a chain to them. The idea is to build a couple of anchors which will be permanently available – so you just attach your slackline, add the A-frames and you are ready.

To create a ninja line without trees, use existing structures such as fences, playground equipment, or rooftops, adapting the obstacles to fit the available structures. You can also set up a line that doesn't require any anchors at all, like balance beams on the ground or small hurdles that can be placed in a line. Another option is to use freestanding structures, such as freestanding pull-up bars or a ninja wall that doesn't require any trees to Anchor. Use free-standing equipment that does not rely on trees, such as cones or small hurdles to create a simple obstacle course.
