The vet Secretary told me he would calm down and the energy level will change drastically. I was initially going to wait for him to be 1.5 years old because that’s what the vet initially recommended. But I am considering getting him neutered at exactly 1 year old to see if his energy level changes. My pup is going on 11 months now, and he is very high energy. Normally he requires a benebone, a lickmat & his tug and treat bottle and that keeps him busy till I get home. I ended up coming home to a half destroyed couch. I TRULY don’t comprehend how he was able to rip the couch apart from INSIDE the crate I’m sure the boredom got to him.
