The file can be found in the Maintenance Sector. It is located inside the small office at the entrance to Field Training. I want use of the Ranger Field Training Course recorded messages to halt immediately.

When you first reach the Central Maintenance area where the Field Training Room is found, the room is blocked off by a red mist of Hiss. Thankfully, if you have the Launch ability, you can enter straight away. In the immediate area you will find several much smaller red pockets of Hiss. Using your Launch ability, toss an object at the Hiss to destroy it. Once you have destroyed all three pieces of red Hiss in the area, the door will be cleared and you can go on through.
