The 10 in 1 dog vaccine is a combined live freeze-dried vaccine against canine distemper, infectious canine hepatitis, canine parvovirus and canine parainfluenza virus type 2. Each 1-ml dose of vaccine contains attenuated canine distemper virus, at least 104.0 CCID50, attenuated canine adenovirus (CAV2), at least 102.5 CCID50, attenuated canine parvovirus, at least 104.9 CCID50, attenuated canine parainfluenza type 2 virus, at least 104.7 CCID50. Uses Dogs and puppies from 8 weeks of age: Active immunization against distemper to reduce mortality and clinical signs; against infectious canine hepatitis to prevent clinical signs; against parvovirus to prevent clinical signs and reduce mortality and viral excretion; and against parainfluenza type 2 infections to reduce clinical signs and viral excretion. Can be used during pregnancy. In the absence of data from studies in seronegative bitches, the vaccine should only be used in pregnant bitches which have previously been vaccinated before pregnancy. Packs containing 10 single dose vials.

VANGUARD Plus 5 L4 CV is a freeze-dried preparation of attenuated strains of CDV, CAV-2, CPiV, CPV, CCV and inactivated whole cell cultures of L. canicola, L. grippotyphosa, L. icterohaemorrhagiae, and L. pomona.
Demonstrated performance of CDV, CPV, CAV-1, CAV-2, and CPiV based on retrospective serological studies.
The vaccine aids in protecting dogs from CDV, CAV-1, CAV-2, CPV and CPi virus.
Efficacy confirmed against the common canine Leptospira serovars.
Healthy dogs should receive 2 doses administered 3 weeks apart, followed by a single dose of Vanguard CV 3 weeks later.
To avoid the potential for maternal antibody interference, dogs vaccinated at less than 9 weeks of age should receive 3 doses of the combination vaccine, each administered 3 weeks apart.
Annual revaccination with a single dose is recommended.
Duration of immunity has not been established.
