Aggression is a form of communication, and it can be normal for a dog to growl when they are establishing boundaries. If there's no growling, barking, lunging or showing teeth, let the dogs approach each other to sniff. Some dogs have better social skills than others, and even friendly dogs could agitate another dog with rude behavior. Introduce dogs in an area with lots of space, away from their homes. Watch body language. If you're seeing relaxed bodies, loose wagging tails, open mouths, and play bows, let the dogs interact for 5-10 seconds, praising and talking in a nice voice. Some dogs are just not tolerant of other dogs. If your dog is aggressive to other dogs, ask for help.

My Labrador seemed a bit unsure about her at first but slowly he started to get a bit more used to her, giving her kisses and sleeping next her crate. The problem is that sometimes she pushes him a bit to far, like when she jumps on him or scratches his nose e.t.c. He has always been a good dog, friendly and good with kids and mostly well behaved. But he's quite a big Dog and she's tiny, and I'm afraid he'll snap and hurt her. My father has assured me it is fine but I'm not sure.
