Used on my dog, recommended by the Vet. Sudocrem works wonders on a lot of the body and strange but true pets as in dogs. The reason I needed it my dog, yes dog. The vet then mentioned to buy sudocrem for him, and to apply on his wound as she was concerned about hot spots if he should get the collar off. Since using the cream twice a day, his wound is not inflamed any more and virtually healed. So anyone who has a dog, yes you can use sudocrem to heal wounds.

Sudocrem, a popular antiseptic cream is widely used for various skin conditions in humans. However, using it on dogs requires careful consideration. While Sudocrem contains zinc oxide and benzyl alcohol which can be beneficial for certain skin issues, it also contains other ingredients that may not be suitable for canine skin. Ingestion Risks Dogs are prone to licking and if they ingest Sudocrem, it may lead to stomach upset or more severe complications. Potentially Harmful Ingredients Some ingredients in Sudocrem may not be suitable for dogs and could cause adverse reactions, such as allergic responses. In conclusion, while Sudocrem may have benefits for certain canine skin issues the potential drawbacks and risks make it a less ideal choice for dog owners. Always consult with your veterinarian before introducing new products to your dog's skincare routine to ensure their health and well-being.
