How do I train my ADHD dog?

Forming any kind of stable routine is very hard to do for a dog when it's near impossible for myself. Motivation to work on the more tedious things like leash training and separation anxiety drills is also a challenge. Remembering to do any training at all is difficult, but it's even the smallest and simplest things — remembering to keep treats nearby, finding the treats nearby, responding in time to praise/correct without being distracted. Everyone always gives the standard neurotypical-to-ADHD suggestions — You just have to really focus on it, Prioritize, but it's so deeply discouraging knowing I just can't get it together the way it feels like I'm expected to.
