Twenty questions is a classic game that can be played almost anywhere as players attempt to guess the secret person, place or thing – with only 20 questions to do so. This is a fun game to play on a road trip, one on one or with a group of kids (and adults) or all ages. The goal is to figure out what the “IT” person is thinking of by asking questions to narrow down the possibilities. All questions should have “yes” or “no” answers. Classic rules suggest choosing a person, a place, or a thing. Play until the total number of questions reaches 20 or until someone guesses the right answer. The person who guesses the right answer is next to be “it,” and they think up their own secret person, place, or thing. If no one guessed correctly, the next “IT” can be a volunteer from the group.
